OCEANMAAK EXPORTS LLP

We operate out of 4/22 Bhamola, which is right by Civil Lines. It’s a busy little corner where we handle all our export stuff. Most of the day is spent on the phone or checking lists to make sure everything is where it should be. Exporting is a lot of waiting around for things to happen and then suddenly having to do everything at once. The office is usually a bit of a mess with samples and boxes and shipping documents scattered everywhere. We have a small team, and everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from answering the door to packing up a crate. The tea guy comes by twice a day, and that’s usually when we take a few minutes to breathe and talk. Bhamola is a place where people work hard, and we try to do the same. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. If you come by, you’ll probably just find one of us with a phone stuck to our ear or taping up a box. It gets quite loud in the afternoons when the trucks are loading nearby, but you get used to the noise after a week or two. We just focus on getting the goods out of the door and onto the ships or planes. It’s a lot of coordination and sometimes things go wrong, but we just fix them and keep going. That’s how we work.
