N.S.Ready Mix Pvt. Ltd.

Our place is located right in the village and post area of Jawan in Aligarh. Being at N.S. Ready Mix Pvt. Ltd. means we are constantly surrounded by the smell of cement and the sound of heavy mixing drums turning. It is a very practical and industrial kind of environment to be in every day. We do not have a fancy glass building or a reception desk with fresh flowers. It is just a dusty yard and a simple office where we keep track of the pin code 202126. The road outside can get a bit bumpy with the heavy vehicles coming in and out at all hours, but we are used to the rhythm of the work by now. Most of the people working here are from around the local villages, so we all speak the same way and understand how things work in this part of Uttar Pradesh. We start early in the morning before the sun gets too high in the sky. There is always a lot to coordinate with the concrete deliveries and the mixing schedules. We do not really bother with big marketing slogans or trying to sound like a massive corporation. We just make sure the mix is right and the trucks are sent out on time. When the day ends, we wash off the dust and head back to our homes nearby. It is hard work, but it feels good to see things getting built properly in the village and keeping the schedules on track.
