We are located at Shop No- 4 on Diggi Road, very close to Hassan Manzil. If you are familiar with Aligarh, you know how crowded Amir Nisha Market gets, particularly in the evenings when everyone is out. Our shop is small, but we try to keep it tidy. Most days, you will find one of us sitting at the front desk, talking to someone about a bus ticket or a trip they need to take. We have been in this spot for a good amount of time, and we have seen the market change over the years. The constant noise from the street is something we do not even notice anymore. It is just a part of our daily life. We do not have fancy posters or a large waiting area for people. There are just a couple of chairs where you can sit while we look things up on the computer. Sometimes the internet connection is a bit slow, so we have to wait a minute, but we always get the job done. It is a local business through and through. We know the people working in the shops next to us, and we often share a cup of tea when things are slow. People come to us because we are easy to find and we have been around for a while. We do not use big words or make things complicated for no reason. We open up early and stay until the market starts to quiet down at night.
