Raiwadiyan Colony is where you will find us if you ever head down to Jattari. It’s part of Aligarh, but it feels like its own little world sometimes. We work out of a plain building that serves as our main base for the projects we manage. There isn't a lot of noise here, which is nice for getting things done without distractions. Usually, the day starts with a bit of cleaning because the Uttar Pradesh heat brings a lot of dry air and dust inside. We have some basic furniture and a couple of computers that we use for all our coordination. It’s not the kind of office you see in movies, but it serves our purposes perfectly. People drop by occasionally just to say hello or ask about the work. We try to stay busy with the local projects we have on hand. Lunch is usually brought from home or bought from a small shop nearby. The walk from the main road into the colony is short, and you get to see a bit of the local life along the way. We’ve grown fond of this spot over the years. It has its quirks, like the occasional water shortage or the way the sun hits the office in the afternoon, but we manage. It’s just us doing our daily rounds in a practical, straightforward way. We don't need fancy stuff to get the job done right. It's about showing up and putting in the hours. That’s just how we do it here.
