Kailash Die Casting

If you come down to Naurangabad, you will find us located in the Kanch Mill Compound at 1/58. We are right across from Chhavani Road, so it is easy to spot the turning. It is a noisy place most of the time, mainly because of the heavy machines running all day long. Die casting involves a lot of heat and molten metal, so it gets pretty warm inside the workshop even in winter. We have been at this for a long time. The floor is usually covered in some grey dust and everyone wears their old clothes because things get messy very fast. We do not have a big reception area or a place for guests to sit. If you walk in, you are likely to see someone covered in grease working on a specific mold or fixing a lever. It is hard physical work and we do not spend much time sitting at the computer unless we really have to. The guys here know these machines inside out. Sometimes things break down and we have to spend a whole afternoon fixing a small part. That is just part of the normal routine. We get orders from different places and we just focus on making the metal pieces right. It is not the kind of place you come for a chat, though we do know most of the other shop owners around the compound. We just keep the doors open and work.
