Megha Dance Academy

We are based at Mig 155 in Swarn Jayanti Nagar, Aligarh. Megha Dance Academy is where we spend most of our afternoons and evenings. It’s a simple space where people come to learn how to move. We aren't a big fancy studio with glass walls and expensive juice bars or anything like that. It’s just a room with some music and a floor that gets a lot of use every single day. Kids come after school, and sometimes older people stop by too to learn a few steps. Teaching dance is mostly about patience and repeating things over and over. Some days the kids listen, and some days they just want to jump around and make noise. We deal with it. It’s a local spot, so everyone usually knows someone else in the class. We don't have a big corporate structure here. It’s just us teaching what we know. The music can get a bit loud, and sometimes the neighbors probably wonder what we are doing, but it’s all in good fun. We’ve been in this part of Aligarh for a while now. The address at Dad 1st is easy to find if you know the neighborhood well. We don't promise to turn everyone into a star, we just want people to enjoy the music and get a bit of exercise. It’s a practical way to spend time. Sometimes we have a little show for the parents, and that’s when it gets really busy and chaotic, but we like it that way. It feels real and everyone has a good time.
