Maya Clinic

Maya Clinic is located right in Naurangabad, Aligarh. We’ve been here for a good while now, and the building shows its age a little bit, but it’s sturdy. The street outside is usually full of people going about their business. We open up early because that’s when people in Aligarh seem to like getting their errands done. The waiting room isn’t huge, just enough for about ten people to sit comfortably if they don't mind being a bit close. We have an old clock on the wall that ticks quite loudly when it’s quiet. Most of our day is spent talking to patients and writing things down in our registers. We still use paper files for almost everything. It feels more reliable that way. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so we see a lot of families. Sometimes the kids from the school nearby make a lot of noise in the afternoons, but we don't mind it much. It’s just part of being in Naurangabad. We don't have any big marketing budgets or anything like that. People just find out about us from their neighbors or they see the sign while walking to the market. It’s a basic clinic with a desk, some chairs, and a small room for checkups. It’s what we know and how we’ve always operated here in this part of town. We just keep things moving along as best as we can every day.
