Over at C-20 in the Industrial Estate, you’ll find our place, Lock Master India Pvt Ltd. It’s a bit of a trek if you aren’t used to the area, but once you’re in the estate, it’s pretty easy to spot. We’ve been set up here for a long time, and the building has seen a lot of activity over the years. Inside, it’s mostly just the sound of machinery and people getting on with their tasks. We don't go in for anything flashy. Our focus is really just on the locks and making sure they work like they’re supposed to. There’s always something to be done, whether it's checking a batch or sorting out a new order that came in late. The air in the estate usually smells like grease and metal, which is just how it is when you’re working in this kind of trade. We have a small crew, and everyone knows their role well enough that we don't need to talk much to get things finished. It’s a practical way to run a business. We like the Industrial Estate because it feels right for what we do. It’s not like those modern office parks where everything is glass and quiet. Here, stuff actually gets made. We take pride in the fact that our doors stay open through the heat and the rain, keeping the production moving forward every day.
