Link Locks Pvt. Ltd is located at C-25 in the Industrial Estate. It’s a pretty standard setup for a manufacturing business. We have a good-sized space here where we handle the production and storage of our locks. The industrial estate is a busy place with lots of noise and activity, but that’s just how it is when you’re in this line of work. We’ve been in this unit for quite some time. The walls are a bit scuffed and the floor has seen better days, but it’s a working factory, not a showroom. Our staff is mostly local people who have been with us for years. They know the machinery inside and out. We don't have a lot of fancy office space; most of our square footage is dedicated to the actual making of the products. We keep things pretty simple. There’s a small area where we handle the billing and administrative stuff, but most of us are out on the floor for a good part of the day. The estate can get a bit crowded with delivery trucks, so we have to be careful with how we park and load. It’s a basic, hard-working environment. We don't spend money on things we don't need. We just focus on keeping the machines running and making sure the locks are built right. It takes time and effort to get every piece sorted, but that is our daily routine.
