Leighton India.Mohali

This is the Leighton India.Mohali office, even though we are actually located in Aligarh at F-35, 3Rd Floor of Safina Apartments. It’s a quiet building for the most part. Being on the third floor means a lot of stairs if the lift isn't working, which happens more than we'd like. We've been in U.P. for a bit now, keeping track of our local tasks. It’s not a big corporate headquarters, just a regular flat converted into a workspace. You’ll find desks, a few old chairs, and plenty of files stacked up in the corners. We usually start our day early to beat the heat in 202002. It gets pretty warm in the afternoons, so the fans are always on. Most of our neighbors are families living in the other apartments, so we try not to be too loud during the day. The name says Mohali, but our daily life happens here in Aligarh. We deal with whatever comes across our desks. There isn't much to say about us other than we show up and do the work. It’s a practical way to run things without spending money on stuff we don't need. If the door is locked, we’re probably out on a site visit or running an errand at the bank. It’s just how we operate. We don’t have a big marketing team, just us handling the day-to-day stuff. It works for us and keeps things simple.
