You can find us on Patel Marg, which sits just off the busy Ramghat Road in Aligarh. We are very close to Raghuvir Bal Mandir School, so we often hear the kids playing or the school bell ringing throughout the day. It’s a lively neighborhood to work in. Our office at Kumar Vijay & Associates is a straightforward setup. We don't go in for fancy decorations or expensive carpets. Instead, we have rows of wooden desks and plenty of cupboards for all the client files we've collected over the years. Most of us have been working together for a while, so we have a rhythm down. Some days are quieter than others, where we just sip our tea and work through the mail. Other days, it feels like the phone never stops ringing and there's a line of people waiting to talk. We try to treat everyone the same, whether they have a big problem or just need a signature on a form. Being near the school means there's always something going on outside, which keeps the day interesting. We don't have a marketing team or a big website. Most people just walk in because they saw our sign while dropping their kids off or because they live nearby on Patel Marg. We’ve been through the hot summers and the cold winters here, and we just keep the lights on and the calculators running. It’s a simple life, but it’s our life.
