Kedkam International

Kedkam International is tucked away at D-87 in the Industrial Estate. It’s a practical spot for us because the trucks can get in and out fairly easily, though the roads in the estate have seen better days. Our building is mostly storage and a small area where we handle the packing. We don’t have any fancy decorations on the walls, just some calendars and clipboards with shipping manifests. Most of our day is spent checking boxes, counting inventory, and making sure the labels are stuck on right. It can get a bit lonely out here compared to the main market, but we prefer the space we have to move things around. We usually keep the big sliding door open to let some light in, even if it brings in a bit of dust from the neighboring units. The staff here is small, just a few of us who know where everything is kept. We drink a lot of tea and listen to the radio while we pack up orders. It’s not the kind of place that looks like much from the outside, but we keep things moving and make sure the crates go out when they’re supposed to. We don't bother with corporate talk or big meetings. We just look at what needs to be shipped today and we get it done before the sun goes down.
