JYOTI MACHINE TOOLS is located at Plot No-D-80 in the Industrial Estate. This area is pretty much what you’d expect from an industrial zone. It’s full of warehouses, workshops, and trucks moving back and forth all day long. Our plot is just one of many, but we’ve made it our own over the years. The workshop is where everything happens. We have various machines set up, and there’s usually a thin layer of dust on everything despite our best efforts to keep it clean. It’s just the nature of the work we do. We don’t have a fancy office or a lobby for visitors. If you come by, you’ll probably find us in our work clothes, busy with a machine or checking on an order. The noise can be a bit much for some people, but it’s the sound of work getting done to us. We have a small crew of guys who know their way around the equipment. We don’t spend a lot of time on meetings or planning; we just look at what needs to be done each morning and get to it. The estate is a bit out of the way, so it’s usually just us and the other industrial workers around here. It’s a straightforward, no-nonsense kind of place. We focus on the machine tools and making sure everything leaves the shop in good condition. That’s really all there is to it. We keep our heads down and stay busy with the work.
