Hatcroft Consulting Private Limited

Our office is based at A-7/1 in the Ada Bank Colony, which is just off Pala Road in Aligarh. We are set up through the care of Sharmila S Kulshrestha. It’s a very local feel here, being inside a colony rather than a high-rise building. Hatcroft Consulting Private Limited is basically run out of this space where it’s mostly quiet throughout the day. We have a few rooms dedicated to our work, filled with papers, books, and our computers. The atmosphere in Ada Bank Colony is pretty relaxed, which helps when we have a lot of thinking to do. You might see the neighbors out walking or people heading to the local shops on Pala Road. We don't have a big corporate sign out front, just a simple entrance. Most of our day is spent at our desks, working through our tasks and talking amongst ourselves about how to solve whatever problem is in front of us. Aligarh is a place with a lot of history, and working in a neighborhood like this makes us feel like we are part of the actual community. We aren't looking for anything fancy or polished. We just want a steady place where we can do our jobs without much fuss. It’s a straightforward setup that works well for us, and we’ve grown quite fond of this little corner of the city over time. We just keep things moving at our own pace.
