Finch Lock is tucked away in the Pali Bhagat Compound. We are right near School No 35 in Jaiganj, so you can often hear the kids playing during their break times. It’s a bit of a maze getting back here if you aren't used to the narrow streets, but we’ve been here long enough that everyone knows the way. It’s a small, local setup. We don't have a giant HR department or a big PR team. It’s mostly just us and the tools we use every day to get things finished. Some days the heat in the workshop is a bit much, but we keep going anyway. We make things the way we were taught, without a lot of unnecessary modern fluff. It’s a traditional kind of workspace. You’ll see plenty of metal scraps and old workbenches if you walk in. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a shiny lobby or fancy chairs. Our focus is strictly on the locks and making sure they work like they're supposed to. Sometimes we get a bit behind when a big order comes in, but we put in the extra hours to catch up. It’s just how things work in a place like Jaiganj. We value being reliable more than being flashy. If you need us, we're usually here from early morning until late evening. It's a modest operation, but it’s ours and we take it seriously. We’ve stayed in this compound because it feels like home to us after all these years.
