We've been here at the Taj Building on Mohammad Ali Road for a while now. Most people know us because we're right near the Sheshay Wali Masjid. It’s a busy part of Aligarh, especially around Bani Inrayalana. We handle travel stuff for the locals. It isn't a fancy office, just a place where we sit and talk to people about where they need to go. Usually, it's pretty loud outside with the traffic, but that's just how this road is. We get a lot of walk-ins from people just passing by the mosque. Some days are packed and others are slow. We don't have a big team or anything, just a few of us making sure tickets get booked and things stay organized. If you're walking down Mohammad Ali Road, you'll see our sign. It’s a straightforward setup. We mostly deal with buses and trains, whatever people in the neighborhood are looking for. We try to keep it simple. There’s a lot of history in this building and the area around it. We like being part of the local scene here in Aligarh. It’s a good spot to be. Most of our regulars live nearby and just drop in to check prices or see if a trip is possible. We aren't doing anything world-changing, just helping folks get from one place to another without too much headache. It takes some time to get everything right, but we’re used to the pace here in the city.
