Amstar Dairy & Foodproduct Privatelimited is located over at the Gram Panchyet Bhawan on Naity Road. We are set up there care of Tapan Kumar Ghosh, right near Kanaipur. It’s a bit of a local landmark in this part of the area. Working out of the Panchyet building gives the whole operation a very local feel. We aren't tucked away in some high-rise; we’re right here where everyone can see us. The dairy and food business keeps us on our toes quite a bit. There’s always something that needs cleaning or a delivery that’s running a few minutes behind. We don't mind the pace though. It’s what we signed up for when we started Amstar. The office is pretty basic with just the essentials for managing the food products and the paperwork that comes with it. We spend a lot of time talking to local suppliers and making sure things are moving through Kanaipur correctly. It’s not always a smooth process, and sometimes things get a little chaotic during the peak hours. We just try to stay focused on the task at hand. The building itself is older and has its quirks, like a door that sticks in the humidity, but it’s our space. We’ve grown accustomed to the sounds of the road outside and the general hum of the neighborhood. It’s a practical place for a dairy business and it works for us. We just take each day as it comes.
