Shop No. 16 in Balaji Complex is where you’ll find us. Has Home Appliances Solution Pvt. Ltd. is a long name for a small team working out of Dandiya Bazar. We spend most of our time looking at broken machines or trying to figure out why a fridge isn't cooling right. It’s dusty work and our hands are rarely clean by the end of the day. People bring in all sorts of things, from small fans to bigger kitchen stuff. Sometimes we can fix it right away, and other times we have to wait for a part to arrive. The shop isn't very big, so we have to keep everything organized or we’d run out of floor space. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the city, just the one that stays busy in the complex. You’ll usually hear some noise coming from the back where the tools are kept. We take breaks when we can, usually grabbing tea from the stall nearby. It’s a straightforward business. We show up, see what needs fixing, and do the work. The Balaji Complex is a busy place, so there is always someone walking by or asking a question. We don’t have a big sales team. It’s just us doing the repairs and talking to customers across the counter. It works for us and keeps the lights on. We don't mind the noise or the heat.
