We are located at 04/287, Chitoor Padeettathil in Muttom, which is part of the Haripad area in Alappuzha. It is a quiet spot, mostly surrounded by houses and the usual greenery you find in this part of Kerala. Urakshaya Chits and Kuries isn't a massive company with a shiny tower. We work out of this building where the pace is a lot slower than the main town. Most of our day is spent handling the chits and kuries for the people living around Cheppad and Haripad. We know the roads around here like the back of our hands. The office itself is pretty basic, just the essentials for us to do our jobs and keep the files organized. We don't have a marketing team or anyone writing fancy speeches for us. We just write down the names and the amounts and make sure everyone gets what they are owed. On rainy days, the water pools a bit near the entrance, and we have to remind everyone to watch their step. It's those little things that make it a real place. We’ve been here in Alappuzha for some time, and we don't plan on changing how we operate. We just sit here, do the work, and talk to the neighbors when they drop by the Muttom P.O. area. It’s a straightforward life, and we like that the business reflects the local way of living without any unnecessary complications or corporate polish.
