The Home Designers

Over here at The Home Designers in Kayamkulam, we spend most of our time looking at floor plans and figuring out how to make things fit. Our office is down in Muthukulam South, quite close to the main junction. It’s a quiet enough area most of the time, which helps when we’re trying to concentrate on drawings. We started this because we liked seeing houses come together from scratch. We don't have a big corporate setup; it’s just a few of us who know our way around a site. Usually, someone from the neighborhood pops in to ask about a renovation or a small repair, and we just sit down and look at the numbers. The weather in Alappuzha can be tricky for building, so we’ve learned what works and what doesn’t over the years. We spend a lot of time out at sites, getting our boots muddy and making sure the workers have what they need. It’s not always easy, and sometimes things get delayed because of the rain or a late delivery, but we deal with it as it comes. We try to be honest about how long things take. Our desk is usually covered in site photos and scraps of paper with measurements. Being near Muthukulam Jn makes it easy for people to find us. We're just local folks doing a job we understand. There’s no mystery to it, just a lot of hard work and staying organized. It’s just how we do things here.
