Our office is at 36A Kizhakkemaliyecal in Amayida, right near Ambalapuzha. Thaksha Developers is a small operation. We focus on local projects around the town. It’s mostly just a few of us coordinating with different workers and suppliers. We’ve spent a lot of time learning the local building rules and how the land works around here. Ambalapuzha is a beautiful place, and we try to make sure our work fits in well with the surroundings. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy showroom. Most people just find us because they saw one of our sites or heard about us from a neighbor. It’s a lot of manual work and long days under the sun. We handle everything from the initial digging to the final roof. Sometimes materials are late or the rain stays too long, and we have to adjust. That's just part of the construction life. We keep our records at the Amayida office and spend our evenings planning for the next day. It isn't always easy, but there's a certain pride in seeing a building finally stand on its own. We aren't trying to change the world, just building one house at a time for families around here. If you're in the area, you can usually find one of us near the site or at the office. We usually have dust on our shoes.
