Texus Builders is based in Alappuzha, specifically in Eruva East. Our address is XI/221-C Edayadi. It is near Eruva P.O. and Pathiyoor. The 690572 area is where we do most of our work. Alappuzha is a beautiful place, but building here can be tricky with the water and the soil. We are just local builders who know the ground here. We work out of the Edayadi house, which keeps things simple. We don't need a big office in the city to do what we do. Most of our day is spent at construction sites anyway. We handle various building projects, mostly for people in the neighborhood or nearby towns. Being in Eruva East, we are part of the community. We aren't trying to be a giant company. We just like the work of building and seeing a project come together from start to finish. It’s a lot of physical work and planning. We deal with all the local permits and the suppliers we’ve known for years. Sometimes we have to deal with the typical Kerala rains that slow everything down, but we just keep moving. We don't have any fancy mission statements or corporate speeches. We just show up and build what needs to be built for the people around here. It's a practical way to run a business and it keeps us close to home.
