Tejasvi Builders and Developers Private Limited is located at 16/69, which is also known as Kurasseri Mable villa. You can find us in Mannar, which is over by Chengannur. It’s a nice part of the state to be in. We’ve been operating as a private limited company from this villa for a while now. It’s a bit different than working in a tall office building, but it suits our style of doing things. We handle both building and development, so there is always a variety of tasks on the list. One day we might be looking at empty plots, and the next we are checking on the progress of a house. The office at Kurasseri Mable villa is where we keep all our records and meet with people to talk about their plans. We don't have a big marketing budget or a team of salespeople. It’s just us here in Mannar, putting in the hours. We like being in the Chengannur area because we know the people and the local suppliers. It makes the logistics of building a bit easier when you have those connections. We keep things pretty simple and practical. There’s no need for big speeches or corporate slogans. We just focus on the bricks and mortar and making sure the permits are in order. It’s a decent living and we like being a local business that people can just walk up to and talk with. We try to keep a steady pace every week and see projects through.
