It’s a quiet spot, away from the main noise of the bigger cities. Our office is a practical space where we handle all our engineering and contracting business. We aren't interested in being a big, polished corporation. We’re just local people who know how to build and engineer things. The building we work in is simple and gets the job done. We have a lot of files and equipment stored here. Most of our day is spent either on the phone or out at project sites checking on how things are going. We’ve been working in this part of Kerala for quite a while, so we understand the local ground and how to get things done here. We don't use any marketing tricks to get customers. Usually, people just know us from the work we’ve done in the past. We like to keep things honest and straightforward. If there’s a problem on a site, we go out and fix it ourselves. We don't write long reports about "visions" or "missions." We just do the contracting work and make sure the engineering side is solid. It’s a basic, hard-working life and we are happy with that. Our focus is just on getting the projects finished properly without any unnecessary delays.
