Subin Group

Subin Group is tucked away in Kavalam, which is a quiet part of Allappuzha. We've been operating out of Venadumpally for some time now. In this part of Kerala, everyone knows the local businesses by name. We handle a mix of different things, mostly because that's how businesses work in small towns. You have to be able to do a bit of everything to keep things moving. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a practical space where we manage our daily tasks. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting people who drop by the village. The Pin code is 688506, right in the heart of the backwaters area. It’s a beautiful place to work, even when it’s raining heavily during the monsoon and we have to worry about the logistics. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in India, we just want to do right by the people here in our district. We have a small staff who have mostly grown up in this area. We know the local roads and the local people. It's a very hands-on way of doing things. Sometimes we make mistakes, but we always try to fix them quickly. That's just how life is here.
