Sreekantapuram Hospital

We have been here in Kandiyoor for a while now. Sreekantapuram Hospital is just a regular place where people come when they aren't feeling well. It’s right here in Kandiyoor, so most of the folks who walk through the doors are our neighbors. We do not have fancy lobbies or anything like that. It’s just a building with doctors and nurses who know the locals by name. Some days it gets pretty busy, especially in the mornings when everyone tries to beat the heat. We deal with all sorts of things, from kids with scraped knees to older folks coming in for their regular checkups. The waiting room chairs aren't the newest, but they do the job. We try to keep things moving so nobody has to sit around too long. Most of the staff grew up around here or nearby, so there is always someone to chat with while you wait. We don’t really do big advertisements because everyone in Kandiyoor already knows where we are. It’s just a part of the landscape here. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on the front desk, and we have to stay late to sort it out. That's just how it goes in a place like this. We aren't trying to be some big city medical center. We just want to make sure if someone from Kandiyoor needs help, they have a place to go that isn't too far from home. It's simple, really. Just us doing our work every day.
