Our name is Sithara Nidhi Limited, and we are located in Kollakadavu. The 690509 pin code area is where we spend all our working hours. The office is a simple place with just the basic things we need to run our business. We don’t think having a lot of expensive furniture or decorations is necessary for what we do. It’s much more about the work we do every day. People from around Kollakadavu know the Sithara Complex well. It’s a local landmark in its own way. We spend our mornings and afternoons checking through the ledgers and meeting with people who live nearby. It’s a very straightforward way of working. We don't have a huge staff, just a few of us who have been here for a while. The building is a bit older, but it is sturdy and keeps the rain out during the monsoon. We like being on the ground floor because we can see what’s happening outside on the street. It’s a quiet life for the most part, and we are happy to be a part of the local community here.
