Galaxy Foods

Galaxy Foods is located over in Palliserickal Po Sasthamkotta, and honestly, it’s a very busy little place most of the week. We spend a lot of our time dealing with ingredients and making sure everything is fresh for the day. The kitchen area is where most of the real work happens, and it can get pretty hot in there during the long afternoons. We aren't some giant food factory or a corporate chain. It’s more of a local operation where we make things the way we’ve always made them for years. Sometimes we run out of certain items because we only make a certain amount each day, and we don't like wasting anything. People from around Sasthamkotta know us for our snacks and the basic stuff we provide. We don't have a team of fancy chefs in white hats. It’s just a few of us who know how to cook and handle food properly. The shop floor is simple with just enough space for people to see what we’ve got ready on the counters. We spend a lot of time cleaning up at the end of every day because food work is always messy. It’s hard work, standing on your feet all day long, but we like the people who come in. We don't do any big advertising. If the food is good, people come back, and that’s basically how we’ve stayed in business all this time.
