Real Soda

We are located at 2040, AC Road in Cherthala, Alappuzha. Being in this part of Kerala means we deal with a lot of rain and humidity. The shop is right on the main road, so it’s easy for the trucks to pull over. Real Soda is just a small operation. We have a couple of guys who help with the washing and filling. The floor is always a bit wet because of the cleaning process. We don't have a big office; just a small corner with a wooden stool and a desk where we keep the receipts. The salt air from the coast sometimes messes with the metal caps, so we have to be careful about storage. Cherthala is a busy town, and AC Road is a main artery for traffic. We see a lot of people traveling through Alappuzha who stop for a quick refreshment. It’s not a fancy setup. We have some old posters on the wall and a calendar that is usually a month behind. The work is hard on the back, lifting those heavy crates all day long. But it’s what we do. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We just provide soda to the local shops and the people around here. It is just a normal life on the AC Road stretch, keeping the bottles filled and the customers happy.
