Raaf Constructions Private Limited

We are over in Alappuzha, specifically at a place called Thiruvonam in Keerikkad. Our office is 366C, and it’s where we handle all the business for Raaf Constructions. In Alappuzha, you have to know what you’re doing with the ground because of all the water around here. We’ve been building in this region for a while now, so we have a good feel for the local conditions. We aren't a big fancy firm from the city. We are just local builders who take on various projects, whether it's a new home or some repairs on an old one. Our days are full of site visits and talking to workers. We don't have a lot of time for polished presentations. We’d rather just show you the progress on a building site. The office is often a bit messy with blueprints and samples of tiles or paint. We just get on with the job and try to avoid any unnecessary drama. It’s a simple business, really. We build things, we make sure they stand up, and we move on to the next task. Being in Keerikkad is good because we are close to our neighbors and the people we work for. It’s just regular life for us, building things piece by piece and making sure the roofs don't leak when the monsoon hits. We stay busy and we stay local, which is exactly how we like it.
