Our name is One. We are based out of Keepalil Thekathil, which is in South Monkuzhy. This is part of the Pullikanakku Post area in Kayamkulam. It’s in the Alapphuzha district of Kerala, India, with the pin code 690537. It is a pretty quiet area most of the time, which is typical for this part of Kerala. We have been operating from this same spot for a long time. The name One is what we use for everything we do. South Monkuzhy is a nice place to have an office because it feels very local and there are plenty of trees around. We don’t have one of those big corporate offices you see in the cities. It is just the building here at Keepalil Thekathil. Our days usually start pretty early in the morning because that is just the way things go around here. We handle all our business from this single location. It can be a bit of a drive if you are coming from one of the bigger cities, but once you get into the Pullikanakku area, we aren’t hard to find. We get our mail here and we see the same people in the neighborhood every day. It’s just a practical way for us to run things. The Alapphuzha district is a beautiful place to be based, and we prefer being out here rather than in a crowded city center. We don't worry about having a huge presence, we just focus on our daily work and keeping the office running.
