We are located at Rajacottage in Mannar, which is in the Alappey district. It’s a nice spot in Kurattissery. The office is in an old style cottage which gives it a very different feel than a modern office building. We’ve got a lot of trees around and it stays relatively cool even when the sun is out. Being in Alappey, things move at their own speed. We aren't in any huge rush, but we make sure the work gets done correctly. Most of us are from around here so we know the local landscape and the people. We handle all kinds of property stuff from this little cottage. It’s mostly just sitting around the desks, making calls, and looking over drawings. Sometimes we have to head out to the sites, which means driving through the narrow lanes around Mannar. It’s a beautiful place to work, especially when the weather is good. We don't really have a big corporate structure. It’s more like a small team helping each other out. People in the village know us and we’ve been part of the local scene for quite some time now. We just keep our files organized and try to stay on top of the projects we have in hand. It’s a simple, honest setup and we wouldn't want it any other way. The cottage has been our base for a while now and it works perfectly for the way we like to do things.
