Nalanda Ielts

We are located in the Vandanam area, specifically on Vandanam West Road. Being near the Medical College in Alappuzha means there is always something going on nearby. Our building is called Vandanam. It’s a plain place where people come to study and practice their English. Most of our students are trying to go abroad, so they are pretty focused. We have some classrooms with whiteboards and a lot of printed practice sheets lying around. The rooms aren't very big, but they get the job done. Sometimes it gets quite humid, so we keep the windows open to catch the breeze. You can hear the traffic from the main road sometimes. Our teachers are just regular people who know the material well. We don't have any fancy technology, just the basics. People come in, sit down, and get to work. We have a small area where students can sit and talk during their breaks. Often they are helping each other with words or phrases. It’s a very informal atmosphere. We don't have a big corporate structure. It's just a few of us running the place. When the monsoon hits, the rain really pours down on the roof, making it hard to hear, but we just talk louder. It’s a simple setup we have here in Alappuzha, helping folks move on to their next step in life without any big fuss.
