Mumkiz Builders Private Limited

Mumkiz Builders is located in Haripad, Alappuzha, right in the Devi Tyres Building on South Nada. Being in Haripad means we are right in the heart of a busy area near the temple. Our office at Door No. X/247 is easy to find if you are around the South Nada side. We do building work, mostly residential stuff for people in and around the town. Alappuzha is famous for its water, and that means we have to be really careful with how we build foundations here. The ground can be soft, so you really have to know what you are doing. We spend a lot of time on-site, making sure the workers are following the plans. It’s a lot of back and forth, and sometimes things don't go according to plan, like when a truck gets stuck or the rain won't stop. We are just a local team trying to do good work for our neighbors. We don't have a big corporate office with air conditioning everywhere; it’s just a simple room where we meet and talk. We prefer it that way because it keeps us close to the work. We usually have tea at the local stalls and talk to the people around. It’s a small-town business, and we like the personal connection we have with our clients. We just take one project at a time and try to finish it without too much drama. It’s hard work, but we’re used to it by now.
