M/S Aeco Development Llc - Blue City Project

Out here in Alappuzha, things move a bit differently. Our office for the Blue City Project is at B.K Cottage in Cherukkunnam. It’s a quiet spot in Mavelikkara, surrounded by a lot of greenery like you’d expect in Kerala. Aeco Development LLC has been working on this for a while now. The office isn't much to look at from the outside, just a regular place where we keep the records and meet with the locals. It gets really humid here, which makes site visits a bit of a workout, but we're used to it. We deal with all the daily stuff that comes with a big project like Blue City. There are always questions from the neighborhood or issues with the monsoon rains slowing things down. We aren't trying to be some big, untouchable company. We're just right here in the village, trying to make things happen. The people working here are mostly from around the district, so we know the land and the way things work in this part of the state. It's a lot of talking to contractors and checking on progress. Sometimes it feels like we’re moving slowly, but in development, you have to get the foundations right first. We don't use fancy jargon or try to impress anyone. We just show up at the cottage and do our jobs every day. It's simple but it keeps us busy.
