Our shop is located near the Vazhicherry Bridge, and we’ve been operating from this area for quite a long time. If you’re from around here, you probably know the bridge well. It’s a busy spot with plenty of activity on the water and the roads. We use Post Box No. 25 for our mail because it’s a lot more reliable for us. Our workspace isn't anything fancy. It’s a practical shed where we keep all our tools and the parts we need for fixing rotavators. There’s usually some grease on the floor and the smell of oil in the air, but that’s just how it is in a repair shop. We don’t have a clean office with air conditioning or a place for people to sit and wait. Usually, folks just drop off their machines and we get to work. Most of our time is spent bent over an engine or cleaning out some old gears. It’s physical work and it can get pretty hot and humid, especially when the rains start. We know most of the farmers in the area since they’ve been bringing their equipment to us for years. We don't do any big marketing or have a polished website. People just know where we are and what we do. It’s a simple life, and we take pride in getting the machines back in working order. We just keep things going one day at a time.
