You can find us at 8/12M in the Cristal Plaza building. We are located in Panavally, which falls under the Ulavaippu post office in Alappuzha. We’re actually right near the Cristal Laundry, which makes us pretty easy to locate if you’re in the neighborhood. This part of Kerala is quite peaceful, though our office stays pretty busy most days. We do a lot of work related to laundry equipment and services. Our space isn't like those modern offices you see in big cities. It's practical and a bit crowded with parts, manuals, and coffee mugs. We have a few technicians and office staff who have been with us for a long time. We mostly talk shop and handle customer calls. It's not always organized perfectly, but we know where every nut and bolt is kept. We don't use fancy talk or try to impress anyone with big words. We just explain how things work and get to it. Sometimes we’re out on the road visiting sites, so the office might feel a bit empty. But there’s usually someone around to answer the door. We’ve been in Panavally long enough to know the local tea shop owners and our neighbors. It’s a good community to be part of. We just focus on the machines and making sure everything runs like it’s supposed to. No drama, just regular daily work. That’s how we like to keep things around here for everyone.
