Lacasa Bakers India Llp is based at 497E in the Neduthara Building. We are on Kottappuram Road in Aroor. The building is a simple one and we have our office space there. Aroor is an interesting place with a lot of movement, and Kottappuram Road sees its fair share of traffic throughout the day. We are mostly involved in the administrative side of the bakery business from this spot. It’s not a storefront where you’d come to buy bread, but it’s where we handle the logs and the accounting. The office is nothing special, just a room with some files and a computer that is a bit slow. We spend a lot of time talking to the production team and making sure the supplies like flour and sugar are ordered on time. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, which is a bit of a pain, but we manage. We have a few people working here who have been with us for a while. It’s a small group and we all know what needs to be done. We don't really do much in the way of advertising our location because it’s mostly for our own internal work. We just show up, do the work, and head home. The Neduthara Building is a solid place to work from and we’ve made ourselves at home here over the months. We keep a teapot in the corner and that gets used more than anything else during the day.
