Koncherry Weavers Pvt. Ltd. is located right by Mayithara Market P.O. in Cherthala. It’s a busy little area, especially on market days. We have been in this spot for quite a while, and most people around here know where we are. Weaving is something that takes time and a lot of patience. You can hear the sounds of the work from the street if you walk by at the right time. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone like that. It’s just us, the people who actually do the work and manage the orders. Some days are longer than others, especially when we have a lot of stuff to get through before the weekend. We use simple tools and traditional ways mostly. The office is tucked away in the corner of the building. It’s a bit cluttered with papers and samples, but we know where everything is. Cherthala is a nice place to work, even if the humidity is high sometimes. We don't try to act like we’re some huge international corporation. We’re just a local company doing what we know how to do. The weavers focus on their looms, and the rest of us make sure the logistics are handled. It's a steady pace. No one is rushing around trying to break records. We just want to do a decent job today and keep things moving.
