Kattanam Medical Centre Private Limited is right at the KMC Junction in Kattanam. We are located on the KP Road, which is one of the main ways through this part of Alappuzha. Because we are at the junction, everyone in the area knows where we are. It’s a very busy medical centre, and there’s always something going on. The building has been around for a long time, so it has that old-fashioned feel with high ceilings and heavy doors. We have quite a few rooms for different medical needs, but the waiting area is where most of the action is. It’s always full of people talking and waiting for their turn. The noise from the KP Road is constant, with buses honking their horns as they pass the junction. We don't have any polished marketing materials or a fancy logo. We just rely on the fact that we’ve been here for years and people trust us. The parking area in the front is usually crowded with motorcycles, which can be a bit of a headache to manage. Our staff is used to the fast pace and the humidity of the Alappuzha climate. We drink a lot of tea from the stall across the road to keep us going through the long shifts. It’s a hard-working place, and we just try to do our jobs as best as we can every single day for the community.
