Just Retired

The house is called Pournami, located over in Praikara, Mavelikara. It’s a quiet spot in Alappuzha. We started Just Retired because we saw a lot of folks around here finishing their work years and looking for something to do with their time. It’s not a big fancy operation. Mostly, we just hang out at the office and talk to people who come by. Some days are slow, and we just watch the rain or the traffic go by outside. People in Kerala know how it is when you finally stop working. You want a bit of peace but also some company. We handle things from this little place in Mavelikara. Our address is right there on the pin code 690101. It’s a local thing, really. We don’t have a big team of experts or anything like that. It is just us trying to keep things organized for the retired crowd. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit much, especially with all the local rules, but we get through it. We aren't trying to change the world. We just want to make sure people have a place to connect. If you’re around Alappuzha, you’ve probably passed by our building without thinking much of it. That’s fine with us. We like the quiet life. We focus on the practical side of things, making sure everyone is okay. It’s a simple way to spend the day. No big speeches or complicated plans here.
