JAYARAJNEON ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED

We are located over in Puthiyavila, not too far from Kayamkulam. Our office address is KP 4/110 at Tharayilkizhakkathil, which is a bit of a long name if you aren't from around here. Jayarajneon Engineering and Construction is basically what we do every day from early morning till evening. It’s a mix of engineering bits and regular building work. We grew up in Alappuzha, so we know the roads and the local people quite well. The office isn’t anything too special, just a place to keep our tools and papers in order so we don't lose anything. We don't really do the whole corporate thing with suits and big presentations. Most of our work comes from people telling their neighbors about us after we finish a job. It’s more honest that way. Construction can be messy and loud, but we try to keep it organized as best as we can. Sometimes we are busy at a site in Kayamkulam and other times we are further out in the district. The weather here in Kerala usually dictates when we can pour concrete and when we have to wait for things to dry out. We've seen plenty of rainy seasons come and go. It’s just us doing our jobs and trying to build things that last for the local families and businesses. We like the work, even when it’s dusty and tiring. It’s what we know how to do for a living.
