Inhomes Builders Llp is located over at 384/18 Karuka Tharayil in Peringala. We’ve been set up here for a bit, mostly focusing on the local construction needs that pop up in the neighborhood. It isn't a massive corporate building or anything like that, just a functional space where we handle the day-to-day planning for our building projects. If you’re driving through Peringala, you might miss us if you aren't looking, but we like it that way. Most of our time is spent out at the actual sites, checking on how the walls are going up or if the materials arrived on time from the suppliers. Building houses or whatever else needs doing involves a lot of dusty shoes and phone calls that don't always connect on the first try. It’s just how it goes in this industry around here. We don't really do the whole polished sales pitch thing because the work usually speaks for itself once the roof is on. We’ve got a small crew and we all know each other well enough to know who is supposed to be doing what. Sometimes things get delayed because of the weather or a truck breaking down, which is just part of the reality of being builders. We try to be straightforward with people and just do what we said we’d do without adding a bunch of extra fluff to the conversation. It’s practical work for practical people.
