Haritham Developers Private Limited

We have been running Haritham Developers Private Limited for a while now from our home base at Vadakkekandathil in Pallippad. It is a quiet enough area here in Nangiarkulangara, right near Haripad. Most of our days start pretty early with some tea and then we get to checking on whatever work is going on at the sites. Being in Alappuzha, the weather plays a huge part in how we get things done, especially when the heavy rains hit and everything turns to mud. We just keep our heads down and handle the construction side of things for people nearby. Our office isn't anything fancy or polished, just a simple place to meet and talk about building plans or materials. We deal with a lot of local folks around the 690513 area code. It is mostly about making sure the walls are straight and the roofs don't leak during the monsoon. Sometimes we have a mountain of paperwork to sort out, which really isn't the fun part of the job, but it has to be done. We know most of the people around Pallippad anyway. It is a small community, so everyone usually knows who is building what. We try to be fair with how we work and just get the job finished on time. Sometimes things take longer than we want because of labor or supply issues, but that is just how it goes. We are usually at the office if we aren't out at a site somewhere around this part of Kerala.
