We run Fathima Exporters And Trading from J. Dhoulath, Barkath. It is a simple setup we have got here. Most of our day is spent dealing with traders and checking on stock. The location isn't in a big flashy commercial tower or anything like that. It is more of a local neighborhood vibe. We have a lot of stuff coming in and going out, so there are always boxes or crates somewhere. Sometimes the space feels a bit tight, especially when a new shipment arrives. We just make do with what we have. It is a family-run sort of feel even though we are busy with exports. There is a small desk where we handle the accounts and another table for packing things up. We don't have a receptionist, so if the phone rings, whoever is closest picks it up. The floor is concrete and we have a couple of fans to keep the air moving when it gets humid. It is hard work, and we are usually tired by the end of the day. We don't spend money on fancy signs or marketing. People mostly find us through word of mouth or because they have been working with us for years. It is a straightforward business. We just want to get the orders right and move on to the next one. Barkath is a place where everyone knows everyone, so it is a friendly atmosphere to work in.
