CROPLAND BUILDERS AND DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED

We are located at Nithin Vihar in Aroor, which is right in the Cherthala area of Alappuzha. The house number is 5/204. It’s a nice part of Kerala, though the ground can be a bit tricky for building because of all the water around here. Cropland Builders and Developers Private Limited is the name we use, but most people just know us as the local guys who do construction. We started this because we knew the area well and saw people needed help with their homes. It’s not a corporate setup with suits and meetings. Usually, we are out in the sun at a site or sitting in the office trying to figure out why a delivery is late. The weather in Alappuzha is either very hot or very rainy, so we have to plan around that. We don't make big promises we can't keep. We just look at the site and say what is possible. My brother handles some of the site supervision, and I stay in the office to deal with the paperwork and the government offices. It’s a lot of running around. We have a few steady workers who have stayed with us for a long time. It feels more like a small family than a company most of the time. We just keep our heads down and do the work that comes our way. It is a decent living and we know the community here.
