Cns Constructions

Cns Constructions is based out of Elipakullam in Mavelikara, right by the Oachira Temple area. It’s a place with a lot of activity, and we’ve been part of it for a while. Our work isn't about fancy presentations; it’s about getting out there and building things that stay standing. We spend a lot of time at different sites across Alappuzha, making sure the foundation is right and the walls are straight. It’s a lot of physical work and sometimes the sun really gets to you, but that’s the job. Our office is a basic space where we keep our tools and paperwork. We don’t have a receptionist or anything like that. If you call, one of us will pick up, likely with some dust on our clothes. We handle various building tasks, from fixing old structures to starting new ones. Being near the temple means we see a lot of people passing through, and we’ve gotten to know many of our neighbors this way. We like to keep things straightforward. If a job is going to take three months, we say it’ll take three months. We don’t try to sugarcoat the costs or the effort involved. It’s just honest construction work done by people who live right here in Mavelikara. We use local materials when we can and try to keep our sites tidy, though construction is always a bit of a mess. That’s just the way it goes when you’re building something real. We just take it day by day.
