Bean Brew

We’re situated on 66 Road in Neerkunnam, which is part of the Kakkazhom area. It’s a quiet enough place compared to the bigger cities, and we like it that way. Being here means we are close to the coast, and you can sometimes feel the salt in the air when the wind is right. We deal with coffee and brewing stuff. The smell of beans is always around the building, which is probably the best part of working here. Our space isn't very large, just enough for what we need to do. We spend our mornings sorting through things and getting orders ready for the day. There is a lot of manual work involved, lifting bags and checking the quality of what comes in. The road outside isn't too busy, mostly just local traffic and the occasional bus passing through. We have a small table where we sit and have our lunch, usually talking about what needs to be fixed or who is coming by later. It’s a simple life. We don’t really have a fancy website or anything; we just focus on the beans. People in Neerkunnam know where to find us if they need something. We’ve been doing this for a bit now, and we’ve learned that things work better when you don't rush them. It’s just us, the coffee, and the daily routine here in Kakkazhom. Nothing more to it than that.
