Baliadne Construction Private Limited

We’re based out of Vallikunnam, specifically at Mini Chithramelippakulam in Elippakulam. It’s a local spot in the Alappuzha district. We go by Baliadne Construction Private Limited. We do construction work, mostly around this area. It’s a bit different working in Alappuzha because of the water and the soil, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We aren’t a big company with a lot of layers. It’s just us, focusing on building houses and other structures for the community. Most of our days are spent on-site, checking on how the walls are coming up or talking to the masons. We don't use any fancy marketing talk. We just tell it like it is. Building a house is a big deal for people, and we take that seriously, even if we don't act all corporate about it. We’ve known the people here in Elippakulam for a long time. It’s a place where everyone knows everyone else. We try to be fair and do honest work. Sometimes things take longer than expected, especially when the monsoon is heavy, but that’s just life here. We don't have a big office with air conditioning; we’re usually out where the work is happening. It’s what we do, and we’re glad to be part of this neighborhood. It's been a long road but we are still here doing our thing day by day.
