We’ve been running this hotel for a while now, and it’s become a big part of our daily lives. We don't have a team of marketing experts writing our stuff or making things sound better than they are; it’s just us. We spend our time making sure the rooms are tidy and that the guests have what they need for their stay. It’s a lot of work, especially with the humidity we get around here. We are constantly checking the pipes and the electrical stuff to make sure nothing fails. Mavelikkara is a good town with friendly people, and we like being part of the local community here. We don't use any fancy language to describe what we do. We just offer a place to stay. Some days are busier than others, especially when there are local festivals or family events nearby. We handle the check-ins and the cleaning ourselves, which keeps us on our feet all day. We aren't looking for awards or anything like that.
